Please ask! We do offer some items that will need to be setup by our team, and can provide recommendations if you would prefer something that can be setup by your family members instead.
I need linens, chairs + large scale rentals, do you handle those?
No, we do not offer that service, but we are delighted to provide you our most loved vendor list upon booking!
How will I receive my flowers on the event day?
We offer 2 options; a single drop off to your location of choice, or you can pick up the blooms during our designated window.
This is everything I need at this time! How do I move forward?
Wonderful! We require a 30% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement to secure your blooms & wedding date on our calendar!
Will you setup all my flowers?
No, we help you save money by offering drop off only as our current service for your friends, family or setup crew to manage.
What if I need more or less flowers after I booked River City Flower Cart?
Need invoice changes after you've signed the agreement (i.e. added a bridesmaid, maybe you have less tables and need to remove a centerpiece); no worries - keep that information all together and we'll make final adjustments to your invoice 30 days before your wedding during our final follow up call, and present you with an updated invoice before the balance is due!
Will you pickup the flowers and vases at the end of the night?
One of the best parts of being a River City Flower Cart Bride is that all of the flowers & containers are yours to keep, so you can send your sweet family members home with pretty blooms at the end of your Wedding!!
